The Strand - A Boutique Resort Myrtle Beach is set in 25 minutes' stroll from the mini-Disney-like Broadway at the Beach Outdoor Mall and a mere 1.5 km to Myrtle Beach Convention Center. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The lobby and entrance area were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were beautifully remodeled and impeccably clean. The showers were amazing, and I loved the private balcony with an ocean view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a big plus, and I also enjoyed the small bar and restaurant. The location was perfect - close to everything but not overcrowded, just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. Being right by the beach in a lounge chair was pure bliss.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel that was close to the beach and restaurants. The location was perfect as we were able to easily access the beach and stroll along the boardwalk. The hotel had great facilities, including an outdoor shower that allowed us to rinse off after coming off the beach. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We loved the ocean view from our room and the convenience of having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. The highlight for us was the outside patio with comfy lounge chairs and umbrellas, providing a perfect view of the beach. The pool and outdoor seating area were also great for relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, and we especially appreciated the waterproof wristband key cards and the bag of brochures/coupons we received.
