I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hollywood. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to popular attractions like the Chinese and Dolby theaters and the Walk of Fame. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with modern and clean rooms that had amazing city views. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They allowed me to check-in early and even surprised me with a personalized birthday card signed by many of the staff. The hotel also had great transportation options, with convenient access to tour services and public transportation. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff were all exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Andy from Front Office. He greeted us with a smile and even upgraded our room upon check-in. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We were able to enjoy delicious room service, and the breakfast options were excellent. The location of this hotel was ideal for us, as it was very close to Hollywood Boulevard and the Hollywood Bowl. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to transportation options, such as the metro station and the hop on, hop off bus, made it easy for us to explore this city.

The personalized birthday card and cake they gave me made my birthday extra special. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Hollywood and close to all the tour buses.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring Hollywood. It's just a short stroll to the Walk of Fame and Grauman's Chinese Theatre, and my room even had a view of the Dolby Theatre where they host the Academy Awards. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the facilities, like the pool and lobby bar, were top-notch. Parking was efficient thanks to the valet service, and I also found it convenient to have the underground and a California pizza kitchen nearby. The staff, especially Andy and Javier, provided excellent service and were very helpful during my stay.
