I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It felt like a cozy and warm home, especially during the snow storm. The staff were diligent and made sure the breakfast room was well-stocked. They also cleaned the parking lot multiple times during the storm, ensuring it was safe to drive through. The continental breakfast had a good variety of options, including cereal, fruit, breads, hard boiled eggs, juice. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and genuinely cared about the guests' welfare. The positive energy from the staff and the inspiring atmosphere of former athletes added to the overall experience. The hotel's proximity to CU Boulder was perfect for both work and exploring the neighborhood. Additionally, being near some great breweries was a bonus.
Nothing that I didn't like.
We loved the spacious room, big enough to fit a pool table! The hotel itself has a unique charm, resembling a former college dorm. Bruce, the host, was exceptional and even lent us bicycles to explore the beautiful neighborhood. The evening ride to Twin Lakes was breathtaking. Breakfast in the gazebo, overlooking a park, was a sweet start to the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our room had all the necessary amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, AC, and it was pet-friendly. Being situated in a quiet residential area, it provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel's location on the outskirts was perfect - close enough to everything while offering a scenic and rural setting.
No complaints.

Parking was convenient and hassle-free. The location, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a small park next door, provided a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to nearby attractions. We loved the easy late-night check-in process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free arrival. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including hard-boiled eggs, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
We loved how homey the place felt with its large and comfortable rooms. The inn is located in a quiet neighborhood, somewhat off from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a peaceful retreat to come back to after a long day of exploring. The surrounding area offered beautiful walking options, including a lake, dog park, brewery, and meadow. The staff was friendly and outgoing, making us feel welcomed and creating a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided was well-stocked and delicious, with fresh fruit and unexpectedly good mini-muffins and cinnamon buns.
Nothing that we didn't like.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was in a beautiful residential area with plenty of walking paths and green spaces nearby.
